There will be a charge of 50p for cheque payments to cover bank fees.
Bookings for residential can be taken up to 18 months before the event. Other
bookings can be taken up to 12 months before the event.
All bookings will be subject to a 3 month cancellation period. Therefore it the
booking is cancelled within 3 months of the hire; the hirer will still be liable for
payment (this is in line with the hiring of community centres)Contracts to be reviewed and signed by all hirers.
Each Crawley Girlguiding Division unit will have the use of the hall/campsite (not necessarily exclusive) one afternoon/evening each term for their normal unit meeting session. If this is not used, the session cannot be banked and carried forward.
Please note that Girlguiding, Scouting and other community groups can hire our campsite for camping but it is not a commercial site and therefore not bookable by members of the general public. There is no access to vehicles.
