There will be a charge of 50p for cheque payments to cover bank fees.<\/p>\n

Bookings for residential can be taken up to 18 months before the event. Other
bookings can be taken up to 12 months before the event.<\/p>\n

All bookings will be subject to a 3 month cancellation period. Therefore it the
booking is cancelled within 3 months of the hire; the hirer will still be liable for
payment (this is in line with the hiring of community centres)Contracts to be reviewed and signed by all hirers.<\/p>\n

Each Crawley Girlguiding Division unit will have the use of the hall\/campsite (not necessarily exclusive) one afternoon\/evening each term for their normal unit meeting session.\u00a0 If this is not used, the session cannot be banked and carried forward.<\/p>\n

Please note that Girlguiding, Scouting and other community groups can hire our campsite for camping but it is not a commercial site and therefore not bookable by members of the general public.\u00a0 There is no access to vehicles.<\/strong><\/p>\n
